A new heart transplant facility, including operating rooms, ICU, patient rooms, sterilization, imaging suites, offices and treatment rooms. KLG Jones provided full commissioning services for all HVAC, electrical, emergency power, nurse call, code blue, paging, telecommunications and pneumatic tube systems, in addition to the central plant.

DEKALB REGIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PATIENT TOWER

Project Size: 165,000 square feet
Construction Cost: $90 million

A new 5-story Patient Tower, including patient rooms, operating rooms, laboratories and support spaces. KLG Jones provided full commissioning services for all mechanical and electrical systems as well as training and electronic documentation.
