The senior staff is comprised of registered mechanical and electrical engineers, Building Commissioning Association certified commissioning agents, energy management controls engineers, infrared thermographers and LEED accredited professionals. The principals of the firm have been working together since 1993 to provide commissioning and energy consulting services to building owners.

Our services have expanded into the construction industry in general, bringing quality assurance processes to federal, institutional and private development projects for state and federal agencies, universities, school districts and private developers. Our team of Commissioning Experts has broad experience in the design, installation and commissioning of sophisticated HVAC, electrical, emergency power, DDC and pneumatic controls, telecom and security systems.   Commissioning is a quality assurance process and KLG Jones feels it is essential to provide highly experienced personnel to implement and oversee it. We practice hands on expert commissioning, with discipline specific engineers commissioning the various systems. Functional testing is done with multiple commissioners to field verify all control actions. All projects have a principal assigned as the project manager or lead commissioning agent and primary point of contact to ensure hands on quality control over every aspect of the process.
